Hi! I'm Justin (Scott) McKee.

After more than a decade leading creative services at PBS and NPR affiliate Houston Public Media, I founded The Justin Scott Group because I saw what mission-driven organizations struggle with most: delivering consistent, on-brand creative without burning out their teams.

I built this agency to solve that problem, not just by making great work—which I love doing—but by creating the systems that make great work sustainable.
